Bull Riding at the 2012 Florida High School Rodeo, 02/17/12, in Ocala FL.

The bull riding at the 2012 Florida High School Rodeo Friday night, February 17th, at the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion in Ocala was exciting and, of course, didn’t last long enough! The quality of the bull riders, and all of the participants in the events at the Rodeo Friday night, was very impressive. Congratulations to all involved.

The video includes most, but not all, of the Friday night bull riding contestants. Here are a few photos from the Rodeo.

Pull Your Pork Butt Into Ocala’s Big Rascal Pit BBQ.

Big Rascal Pit BBQ and Grille in Ocala (352-732-0344) is located right off Interstate I-75 at the Highway 27 exit, on the East side. My favorite meals there (so far) are the ribs and the pulled pork… so good they make you want to slap your Mama!

Take a look at their menus here.

Also, enjoy the hand-painted horse-themed mural on the walls (pictured below) while you are there.
