Have You Eaten At Sky Asian Fusion In Ocala?

It was my pleasure to attend a gathering of Ocala Bloggers at a Sky Asian Fusion Meetup in February. I was amazed at the many details and nuances of the very visually appealing Sky Asian Fusion Restaurant and its cuisine that I was introduced to during our guided tour.

The delivery of each plate as soon as it is off the grill or stove, which ensures that you enjoy a delicious sensory overload from the aromas of the freshly cooked and plated food that would otherwise dissipate, is very special and makes a big difference in the taste of the food.

Directions and hours of operation (including Sunday Brunch!) can be found here.

Pull Your Pork Butt Into Ocala’s Big Rascal Pit BBQ.

Big Rascal Pit BBQ and Grille in Ocala (352-732-0344) is located right off Interstate I-75 at the Highway 27 exit, on the East side. My favorite meals there (so far) are the ribs and the pulled pork… so good they make you want to slap your Mama!

Take a look at their menus here.

Also, enjoy the hand-painted horse-themed mural on the walls (pictured below) while you are there.
